For two years, Trevor Court has wowed and often times antagonized the EMERGE fans while bringing the heat to every single match he had been a part of. Being dubbed “The Greatest Show On Earth”, Court was a key competitor in the 2017 EMERGE Match of the Year and has pushed himself to the top of the EMERGE locker room. However, even though he has competed in many matches for the number one contendership of both the Heavyweight and Outbreak titles, Court hasn’t seen a one on one title shot since the 2017 EMERGE Match of the Year for the Outbreak Championship.
At EMERGE 35: FOREVER, “The Greatest Show On Earth” was finally able to overcome two of the hungriest competitors, “The Anomalee” Brayden Lee and former EMERGE Heavyweight Champion “Poison” Appollo Star, to earn his shot at Outbreak Champion, “Beautiful” Bret Havoc. Court and Havoc will face off at EMERGE 36: FEARLESS and fans are wondering. Is Parkside Elementary big enough for the charisma of both of these men?
Bret Havoc hasn’t had an easy road as Outbreak Champion. His first defense was a scramble match in which Court was in, which he then followed up with defenses against “Picture Perfect” Jordan Kage at Fireworks and Fisticuffs and most recently against Austin Tyler Morris at EMERGE 35: Forever. Have these matches worn the champion out? Will Bret Havoc be able to hold off a title hungry Trevor Court? Or will “The Greatest Show on Earth” drop the curtain on Bret Havoc’s reign as Outbreak Champion?
